They are hiring now for this position. Training is ongoing! Training will be full time for 3 weeks; then 15-40 hours per week schedules.

Training – 30 hours week

As a CCI Work At Home (WAH) Customer Service Agent, you will use your strong customer service focus, strong problem solving skills, and your empathetic/compassionate approach to take incoming customer calls in a Virtual Call Center environment.

We are looking for persons who have the ability to work independently, who are self disciplined and can operate effectively with minimal supervision.  Your skills should include self-help and technical support self-help.  The WAH program also requires you have strong comprehension skills, strong problem solving skills and schedule flexibility.

Customer Service Agent Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support to clients via phone, email or web channels.
  • Learn and become knowledgeable of client’s products or services.
  • Accurately log all interactions via established business process and tools
  • Provide prompt, reliable and accurate information to customers while adjusting to the pace of the caller
  • Demonstrate ability to identify solutions based on established processes and procedures.
  • Demonstrate effective soft skills, active listening, and ability to empathize with the customer’s situation
  • Act with sensitivity in all customer interactions
  • Effectively manage length of calls / handle time
  • Display effective time management skills
  • Promote teamwork and contact center success

Skills / Requirements

Technology that meets the following:

  • Quiet work area; free of background noise and distractions, with a door
  • 17″ monitor or larger with minimum screen resolution of 1280 x 1024, keyboard and mouse, and speakers or an audio headset.
  • High speed Broadband Internet connection (not wireless) with a minimum of 384Kbps upstream and 512Kbps downstream
  • Dedicated telephone analog landline (not wireless)
  • Corded telephone with mute button (not cellular)
  • Telephone headset that plugs directly into the phone (not wireless)

This is a Telecommute, Home Based, part time, seasonal position for the Mother’s Day holiday.

Consumer Sales Professionals (CSPs) will use every customer contact to reinforce the Teleflora commitment to customer service which includes taking inbound customer sales and service calls for Teleflora Member Florists. CSPs should demonstrate the ability to work independently; meet established key performance indicators and resolve customer inquiries. Demonstrated ability to up-sell and cross-sell as well as ability to resolve conflict over the phone and resolve customer inquiries is required.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Become familiar with products that Teleflora and Teleflora florists sell.
  • Meet/exceed the daily, weekly and monthly key performance indicator goals
  • Establish a high level of rapport and trust with our customers
  • Use every customer contact to reinforce the Teleflora commitment to customer service

  • Training: Paid at your state’s minimum wage per hour (16 hours training)
  • After Training: $8.00 per hour to $11 per hour with commission
Job Requirements :

Program Requirements:

  • Due to fluctuation in call volume from the client, some flexibility may be required and schedules may vary on a weekly basis
  • CSPs may show availability over and above their committed schedule as long as their commitment has been met on their committed shifts and days. CSPs may or may not be scheduled additional hours over the fixed schedule
  • Missing a scheduled shift will require approval from the program management team. A copy of the adherence policy and reliability policy will be provided and is required to be agreed to prior to placement on this program
  • CSPs should expect to be scheduled for work if a holiday falls on a required day of their shift

Home Office Requirements:

***Required before training begins:

  • Computer must be ‘hard-wired’ to modem or router, no wireless connections.
  • Corded Telephone headset with noise-canceling microphone that plugs into a corded landline telephone for production calls. Mute button and volume control required either on headset or phone

***Required before hire:

  • High Speed Internet: DSL or Cable (no wireless or satellite ISPs allowed)
  • Analog landline phone line (No cell phones, digital or VoIP, some cable companies ok)

Computer Requirements:

  • We support Windows XP, Windows Vista Basic, Windows Vista Premium/Business/Ultimate, and Windows 7.
  • In addition 2 GB RAM is required.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be capable of working extended hours to meet company peaks.
  • Holiday time off will be prohibited due to increased order volume.
