Our team of Moderators are virtual, part-time, work from home professionals. A Moderator’s responsibilities include protecting a brand’s image, and increasing brand loyalty through the following:

Content Moderation:
Sweeping of client content, which can include Facebook Wall posts and comments, message boards, chat boards, user groups, blog entries, videos, pictures, or audio files on either LiveWorld or client platforms. Tasks may include the following:

  • Reviewing user content
  • Tracking user content
  • Taking action on content (such as hiding, deletion, user response, or escalation)
  • Tagging user-generated content

Brand Response Moderation:
Moderators respond in context and in a conversational tone to user questions and comments, according to client direction and in the brand’s voice.

  • Review user comments
  • Respond to comments with pre-determined responses
  • Alert Moderation Manager of trends leading to need for new or updated responses
  • Escalate as required


LiveWorld provides moderation in many languages and defines fluency as complete competency in reading, writing, and speaking at a native or near-native level. Language needs vary depending on client needs. Currently, all moderator applicants must be fluent in English. Additional foreign language fluency is a plus!


  • Demonstrated social media super-user (including Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
  • Current and active participation in Facebook fan pages, groups and discussion threads a plus
  • Involvement with online community activities/types of content (blogs, video, images, audio, discussion board posts, etc.) is a must
  • Strong writing skills are a plus
  • Previous moderation experiences preferred, but not required
  • High-speed Internet access a must

They are mature, often college educated and many are retired business veterans.

This is a telemarketing position. You will be cold calling businesses.


  • Land line telephone with unlimited long distance (VOIP is NOT acceptable)
  • MS Office Word and Excel (No trial versions)
  • A PC (NOT MAC) computer with XP or Vista Operating System
  • 25MB e-mail account
  • High speed internet access (dial up will not work to access our system)
  • a stand alone fax machine recommended


TeleReach Callers earn $12 to $28 per hour. The highest earning full time caller’s earn about $60,000 per year. The pay is performanced based and is explained in the Pre-Employment Presentation. Some accounts pay more than others. The higher paying accounts are more challenging. A minimum commitment of 20 chargeable hours per week is required to maintain active employment status with TeleReach Corporate.

Bonus Available

Training is paid and there is $150 Bonus if complete Boot Camp 2 in 7 Days and a $100 Bonus if complete Boot Camp 2 in 10 Days.

Home network setup and repair including:

  • Wireless configuration for all operating systems including Windows, iOS, OSx, and Android
  • Windows network configurations on XP, Vista, and 7
  • Router configuration

Peripherals set up:

  • Game consoles
  • iPads and other tablets
  • Printer and/or folder sharing
  • Wireless printers


Minimum of 1 year experience setting up home networks (or equivalent technical training)

  • 1 year of related experience in a customer service environment
  • Understanding of wired and wireless home networks using multiple network technologies such as cable modems, routers, printers, etc. (DNS, DHCP, WAN, LAN, TCP/IP, Port Forwarding)
  • successfully pass our technical test and complete our interview process
